Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not been able to enjo the microsoft office on my new hp notebook.

Its either saying "unlicensed product or unable to edit"

Did it come with product activation key for full version of Microsoft Office?

If not, you've to buy them from Microsoft.

It didn't come with full version of any MS Office softwares from factory.

There was an option to buy Office 365 Personal from Best Buy, by paying extra:

If you've bought it extra, contact Best Buy directly.
