HP PAVILLION DV6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop not booting anymore.

Product number: A1U59AV#ABA

Product name: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Symptom: it was working fine but today moring rapidly it turned off like a TV.

When I press power button only the battery charging indicator LED is blinking 3 time in white color.

If I put Ac adaptor also same thing. No orange color LED display when its used to charge. now its not taking any power it seems.

Even No blinking of CAPs/Num LOCK. These LED not blinking.

Only Battery power LED at the AC adaptor connection blink 3 time as said above.

Any resean why its not working. Is this Motherboard failure or any other part failure. please Help me.

As I understand the computer is not booting into the windows anymore,

 

To provide an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

What is the sequence of the blinks? (Example: 3 blinks and then pause 3 blinks again, in a loop)

 

What is the product number of this computer? (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

 

Have you performed any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
