Product: PROBOOK
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, so I have 2 x new HP Probooks taken out of boxes.

I power on and go through setup,   'Work or School' and use the Domain option.

 

at the 'Who's going to use this device?' and the 3 security Questiuons,

it seems to try to do something but loops back to the Whos going to use screen and has a red Something went wrong error...

 

I mean, this cant be doing anything odd / unusual

pretty sure ive followed the steps i did on the previous laptop..
