HP Recommended

1st: The dock is not powering the HP x2 210 G2. Screen flickers when charging from the dock. My question is why isnt this dock powering the HP Tablet?

 

Upon plugging in the dock to the X2 210 G2, battery doesnt charge as advertised, screen flickers and there doesnt seem to be a way to install any software on screen alert.

 

There also is NO support option listed on a dock that costs $159 dollars? Why not?

 

I need to know how to install software if necassary to power the x2 210 and what number to call for support.
