I own a hp pavilion x360 and I never dropped it or anything like that a the screen is popping out and it seems to be coming from the hinges. And I have seen alot of people with the same problem and I feel as it is a defective in the product and think you guys should fix it for free

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
