Hello,
First, I'm not sure if I'm posting the question in the right place, and I apologize if I'm not.
I bought the laptop with windows 7 and received two CD's with it, one to install windows 10 and the other to re-install the software that came with the computer.
Before upgrading to Windows 10 I used a program* which was activated with my fingerprint, saved my passwords, and I was able to login into my windows account with the fingerprint.
After upgrading to windows 10 and installing all software contained in the Software Recovery Disk, I can't find that program.
Should that software come in the recovery disk? Why is it missing? How can I obtain it again?
*which I'm not 100% sure that it was SimplePass

Your business class system uses Client Security software (not SimplePass).
System Website Driver Page:
HP EliteBook 850 G2 Notebook PC
The Synaptics Driver (fingerprint driver) is located in category
Driver - Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices (5)
Synaptics Driver Download and Information Page:
Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Driver
The Security software is located in category
Software - Security (1)
Client Security Download and Information Page:
Load / install the Synaptics fingerprint driver first >
Reboot and log in
Windows key > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options >
Assign a PIN number (Windows security requires this to enable the fingerprint reader) >
Enable the fingerprint login
Once the Windows PIN / fingerprint is enabled, load and install Client Security program >
Reboot and log in

@Dragon-Fur
Ok, it worked. Everything is running fine.
The only problem was that the Windows' fingerprint login wasn't 'compatible' with the one of Client Security, so, in order to use the program I had to 'reset' the fingerprint configuration I had previously done, and do it again with the program.
Thank you very much for your help, I have no further questions on the subject.
