hello,
I got the repair box today in the mail where I am supposed to put my computer so i can ship it back and fix it. Sadly it came while I was at work and its been raining all day effectively damaging the box. Im trying to get ahold of customer support to see if they prefer for me to wat till the box dries out and use that or if they prefer to ship a new oone to me so I can use that. I dont see any question similar to this here but im sure it has happened. Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks for the post.
I understand that you received a box to send the computer for repair and as it left outside and it rained, the box is damaged.
Have you tried to contact our phone support?
Request you to contact our phone support to check if they can ship you an alternate box.
