Product: HP EliteBook 8730w

hi,i have a HP EliteBook 8730w, i need to know A how to find the bios version and B if there is an update , I see 3 files listed but dont know what to install for obvious reasons,many thanks Paul.

After doing some digging,ive found :ROM revision 68PAD Ver.F.OA

   Would that be the bios version?.

F.20

 

HP EliteBook 8730w Mobile Workstation Software and Driver Details

 

The two older F.12 versions are installed using different methods -- FreeDOS bootable media, and the other method is normally only done in a corporate environment.

 

F.0A appears to be the original BIOS version your notebook came with because the oldest one available on the support page is F.0F.
