Good morning,
I have a PC with windows error 41, i.e. a sudden reboot. It has been repaired 3 times but the problem persists. I was promised a coupon to spend in their store but no one has contacted me since. Is it possible to get assistance? A new pc or a refund?
I have also tried all the solutions recommended by them and it is clear that the product is no longer repairable.
Can anyone help me out?
