Hi my name is Sam and i just bought a brand new HP pavillion windows 10 1tb .
But while trying to set it up .I try to hit the shift key and the number 2 to get the @ but i have tried and it keeps giving me this sign rather " .The number three too gives me the euro sign.Please what do i do .Help me

Hi,
It sounds like you have the wrong keyboard layout set.
If you have more than one keyboard layout set in Windows 10, you can toggle between them by holding down the Ctrl Key and pressing the Shift key
Alternatively, you can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the link below.
Change Keyboard Layout - Windows 8 & 10

Hi,
