It seems the Gateway has communication issues with the Server.

Is the HPDM Server on a different machine as the Gateway?

Is the HPDM Server Service running?

Is a manual discover devices working?

Are the required ports opened that are mentioned in the HPDM Admin Guide?

I would suggest to open a case with HP Support at www.hp.com/support
