I need to shut it down and restart again to continue my jobs.

The Z820 USB3 motherboard chipset is a Texas Instruments product whereas the Z840 uses an Intel motherboard chipset for that.  You can confirm this by doing a Google search for Z820 drivers and going to the "Driver-Controller" section, and in there you'll see:

"Texas Instruments USB 3.0 xHCI Controller"

If you do same for Z840 you'll see:

"Intel USB xHCI Controller Driver"

Sounds like you may now have a mishmash of drivers installed.  You may wish to try using PS2 keyboard and mouse.  You can get nice new HP ones off eBay for cheap.... HP still seems to be making these.  Also, download the TI driver set and try reinstalling those.
