HPDM imaging limit

Hi we are doing a mayor upgrade of our Citrix enviroment and tried to upgrade all T520 to the same image build WES7E-32 14WWETGE301 Image Norwegian (May 2016).

We have never had a problem before so  I was woundering if HPDM has an issue when 20 thin klients are imaging at the same time or if their is a hardware issue based on which batch then T520 came from.

For the T520 clients that failed I used the same image on a usb memory stick and it worked fine.

Any suggestions why it did not work.

HPDM have default batch controls to make sure multiple thin clients can be imaged at the same time.

In order to find the root cause of your issue we need:

DM Server Version

DM Agent Version

We have version 4.7.3610.26436 of HPDM on the server.

They DM agent version are different but mainly 4.7.*

Unfortunatly we have deletet the tasks that failed.

It should be 4.7 SP6 according to the version you provided.

Then please make sure all the DM agent are updated to version 4.7.3660.26470 before doing the imaging task.

Keep in mind to always used the latest DM Agent before executing rest of the task.
