My laptop won't turn on without charging it even when the battery is fully charged and sometimes it randomly turns off and when switched on again its battery is at 1% and after few minutes or even seconds its fully charged again

the battery is most likely the cause of your problems and should be removed from the laptop until you can replace it

leaving it in can cause the laptop to fail due to the strain on the charging circuit from trying to constantly charge a defective battery
