dl180 g6

Hello,

I work in datacentre and my boss wants me to attach rail kit (513642-005 /  513642-006) to rack from back. Id like to know exact screw dimensions that I can use. I tried searching for dimensions of front panel screws from dl180 (which we are using), but I found nothing. I have already ordered M5 screws,  diameter fits, but thread doesnt.

Thank you,

Tice.

Take one of the screws you are already using to a fabrication shop. They have all kinds of measuring tools.

They can use a thread gauge and tell you which size, length  and thread size the screw is.

I suggest using HP's PartSurfer to find the screws.

Another possibility is to use the Chat in the information section for HP Server racks.

Yeah, that looks like the only one solution.

Thanks
