This is a peer to peer help forum. The only presence that HP has on it are the Admins and the Mods. Otherwise, none of us works for HP.  You will have to contact HP Customer Support for help with your question.

Where did the victim of the (alleged) theft report the loss?  To the local police?  If so, ask the local police.

 

When "browsing" all the documents, do you find any "formal letters" (name and address "block", "Dear Sir") ?
