Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a z840 workstation. 

 

I’m getting the four beeps and blinking lights roughly once a week:

But it only happens after a particular shutdown when  windows 10 stays on the shutdown screen forever.

After I force shutdown by pressing the power button for 4 seconds, upon the next power up, I have the 4 blinking red light and four beeps, one seconds apart.

Restarting solves the issue.

 

I’ve also had occasional complete freeze/hang about once every 2 months. I’m testing different ram configurations thinking it could be a bad module. I’m also having one of the two screens showing interlaced artifacts once every 2 months that disappear when turning the affected monitor off and on again. I think this is a monitor issue.

 

I would rather be certain before buying a replacement part.

Any idea what could be causing the four red lights but only after the previous shutdown hanged?
