Product: Loadrunner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

Our team members have recorded some ctrx scripts with loadrunner on our loacal machine,and it executes successfully everytime,  however, when we trying to replay those scripts on a remote machine which was located at customer side in US, the replay cannot initiated, with error

We have add the reg patch according to the notification above, and registry showed the patch was installed successfully:reg.jpg

 

Still the scripts replayed failed with the error of the first image, is anyone could provide a solution for this issue?
