Welcome to HP Expert Day!

We are glad you joined us for HP Expert Day. There are more than 150 HP employees, partners, and volunteer experts online to help you.

We’ll be here until 7am Pacific Time on May 19th (that’s 24 hours!).

Ready to get started? Just post on the board that best matches your product category and wait for a reply.

Ok, how do I get started?

Our team of experts will be monitoring the forum all day today and jumping into the conversation to tackle your toughest questions.

You can easily recognize our experts on the forum.

  • If you see an “HP” icon next to the forum screen name, this is an HP employee or partner.
  • If you see an “Expert” icon next to the forum screen name, this person is not affiliated with HP but they are part of the HP Expert Program. They are very knowledgeable on the topic.

If you have specific product questions, the more information you give us, the better we will be able to assist you.  Having your exact model number, any error messages, what operating system version are you running, and any recent hardware or software changes will go a long way in helping us solve your problem.  The Experts might need to get some more information from you so please subscribe to the conversation, and an online conversation will be born.

While we do have Experts from around the world, many of them are located on the west coast of the United States. As a result, you will likely see more replies during normal waking hours in the United States, however many of our Experts are even planning on logging in to help you from their homes!

If you need assistance registering or posting a question, there are videos and tips here that will help you get started.

So, please join the conversation. This is your chance to connect with the best and brightest minds at HP. And it’s FREE.  Whether you own a Photosmart printer, Slate 7 tablet, HP Envy notebook or an HP home desktop computer, there has never been a better opportunity to learn about your product.
