I have the same issue as the others, I have had enough of this, I have this laptop a while now. Exactly the same problem aslots of people. Pluged in but not charging, this is pathetic, I even went a bought a new battery same problem. this is not a new laptop so why has a perminant solution been found, this wasnt exactly a cheap machine either and Iv had to pay out for a new battery and still in the same boat, its not portable have to have it plugged in ALL the time. My husband has been through your fix processes over and over again and it works for bit then stops charging again. I would like to know how to fix this perminantly, I dont see why your leaving your customers to put up with all this messing around just to have a battery that does what its ment to do. Getting very frustrated now and I wouldnt recommend another HP product to anyone unless this is sorted out.
