Product Name: envy 15t k200 K2T37av
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

2 times to service dept at hpstill not  fixed the ac adapter kept coming out of pc for no reason now after return to me the adaptor is so loose now  im never sure it will stay in the pc if i  hold on to the cable itself i can move the cable and plug at least a 1/8m of an  inch. i know this is not normal but cant seen to get any one to repair this properly.
