Make sure the encoder strip is clean and also performed printhead alignment.

hello thank for your help  sir,

I did the print head alignment and cleaned the encoder strip.
I couldn't do the calibration because the plotter asked me for a type of paper (glossy HP paper).

Can change the printhead or just clean it solve problem ?

Print the print quality test. If there are no drop outs on the test then the printhead is not the problem. Also try setting the printer to print at highest quality as lower quality settings can sometimes cause alignment and banding issues.
