HP DesignJet Z3200 44-in PostScript Photo Printer

Hope You guys can assist.  I bought a used Z3200PS.  After I got the printer serviced, (new belt) and cleaned, I got a 79:04 error.  I went to the forums and read "change the formatter” did that.. now getting the 01.0.10 error.  Then I read change Main PCA .. did that and no change.  Put the old formatter back and got a 79:04 error.  Put the new formatter back to get a 01.0.10 error.  Then I read change PrintMech.. did that, and no change.  The old formatter gets 79:04, new formatter gets 01.0.10.  After I opened the right side for access to the printmech i noticed it was REV B.  My formatters are REV A and my printer model is Q6719A.

I went to the part surfer site and collected the information for the printer.  The parts list for the printer is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jM6zB4eaRI2mWSKWcCmd-jfOAKXpOLXNjd6Z7i9gGjo/edit?usp=sharing

Looks like the printer does have a Rev B printmech (see Row 2).  The formatter part number is Q6718-60047.  Looks like the ones (See photos) I have does not match exactly.  It's kinda crazy that the board that I purchased the printer with and the new one are the same part number.  I also noticed the SW revision on the Hard drives are different.  I wonder if this is why i get different error codes.  I get the 79:04 with the 1st drive (the blue dot), 01.0.10 error with the 2nd one.

with the 2nd one. 20220818_145440.jpg20220818_145449.jpg

Checking to see if anyone has any suggestions.  Already spent more time and $$$$ than i should have.  Willing to try one thing more before a drive to the Dump.

some parts are permanently linked to a machine once installed and cannot be moved to another device. If you purchased a used board that might be part of the problem.

Yeah. knew that. I was told that I purchased new unused boards.  I could have been lied to though.  They were in sealed bags.. so I assumed they were legit.  Is there any way to reinitialize these cards?  Also On the formatter which part contains the "pairing" information? The card or the  hard drive.
