Product: HP Latex 315 Printer

Hello,

We had our email server configured on our Latex 315 to send out email notifications for alerts and accounting etc.
This has stopping working suddenly, and when I try to reconfigure, I keep getting an error message when running the test:
"Internal error. Try again. If the error persists, contact HP support."
I spent some time trying to contact HP support, but was unsuccessful. (Seriously, why can't I just email them? Awful website.)
Am posting my issue here in hopes someone might be able to help, or point me in the right direction.
Confirmed all the email server settings are entered correctly and internet connectivity is also confirmed working.
