HP Latex 800 W Printer

So after about 30 feet of printing floor graphics with a dark blue background the prints will start to stripe with the cyan being the missing color. After the printer sits for a while, I can print onesies or 2 but not longer. If I let the printer sit overnight I can print about another 30' and it shows up again. All nozzles are operating with no errors or dash warnings. All ink is not expired. So I'm thinking bad sub tank or possibly a bad cyan ink cube. Anybody run into this situation before?

It could be air in the ink tube restricting the amount of ink to the printhead try bleeding the tube with a syringe.
