HP DesignJet T830 36-in Multifunction Printer

Hi,

We're experiencing some problems with our DesignJet T830 and right now I'm out of options.

First of all we're medium sized corporation and all network printers needs to be set up and shared from printserver (Win Server 2016) - that's something I cannot change. We're using HP DesignJet HPGL2 Driver v. 61.162.11209.100, but tried MFP V4 driver v, 61.2206.1.100 and it behave same way.

Our users usualy prints PDFs and CAD files. Problem is that it's really hard to find out right setting to print out A1 doc on A0 roll (thats just example, but its the most common printing job) . Driver never autorotates to right way and prints only third of image (we had exactly same problem with DesignJet T520).

If users notices that it's printing in wrong rotation they cancel job on display of printer. It stops, but right after it stops it starts prinnting same job again. If user doesn't turn off/on printer then it prints out all of paper roll.

Did someone experienced same problems? Like I said we had same problems with T520, but we hoped that with T830 it'll dissapeare.

Thanks a lot for any info or help!
V.
