T830

Dear colleagues,

a customer had a T520 for years now and printed with an older
HPGL 2 driver (installed years ago) and all has been working fine.
Now the T520 has been replaced with a T830 and the mess began.

Now there are massive problems with missing parts of the plot.
Often (not always) the first view inches of the leading edge and a small
piece on the side is missing/won't get printed.

We use the PCL3 driver.

Have you tried using the HPGL2 driver HP offers for this product.

Oh sorry,

I've forgot to mention that first we used the HPGL 2 driver because it had been working

with the old T520 just fine. But with  the HPGL 2 driver (new version installed from the T830 driver

site) i always had the problem. So I've installed the PCL3 which seemed to work properly.

But the problem still occurs.
