Our t830 cancels the print after 1 swipe into the print.
Load paper fine then cancels print. Goes on to say print is cancelled and that paper can not be removed and to do it manually.
Any thoughts?????

Check the left side of the spindle. There is a cap that needs to be reseated. It has loosened out and will not allow the roll feed to work properly as it is binding the rewinder.
Good Luck,

On further inspection, we believe it might be a roll feed problem.
The roll doesn't seem to be rolling back after loading and the paper is very loose.
If you roll it back manually it works on occasions.

It seems to be a sensor paper problem due to it is not working properly. try to calibrate paper sensor and try again to print.
1. get into menu
2.- get into service calibrations
3.- get into paper sensor calibration
4.-follw on panel instructios
5.- resend job
Some times a hardware problem cancel a job, in that situation, check if some of the printheads or cartdriges is having a problem and replace it.
Good luck

This is exactly what was wrong!!!!
Lucky we found this out eventually - Being in regional Australia it is a costly exercise to get a technician out - would've felt awful if it was discovered that it was only the cap on the spindle.
