Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

you know when you insert a paper in the scanner it will be picked up from the scanner so you can release it from hands. But this new machine doesn't do this

from time to time. It won't pick up the paper. You have to switch the plotter off and on and it will work again.

What could be broken or what can I do.

Make sure that the paper path is clean and also ensure that your firmware is up to date.

Thank you.

Paper path is clean and firmware is up to date.

What I discovered yesterday is, if you scan and press a little bit on the scanner cover (ok this is not realistic) you get a jam.

I've checked it with another T830 and I can press on the cover how i want, it works. So, perhaps there is a problem with

cover open and closed recognition. There are these light sensores with the mirrors on the right and left side and this black button on the left side which recognizes cover open and closed right. Perhaps the black button has a problem. How to check.
