Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp Utility worked well all the time.. I use it to manage reprints and check accurate ink levels mostly.. Just stopped working one day and never worked since.. Same machine,  same OS.. windows 10. I keep getting the error

 

""Status unavailable

Device may be offline or unreachable at this time."".

 

 The prints goes to the machine regular with out issue and I am printing every day.. Just don't have the management of HP utility.

 I am connected to the printer directly via printer USB cable

 

 I have updated the Utility, the printer’s firmware and the latest drivers and still nothing.

 

Anyone experience this with their machine and the utility?

Thanks for your continued participation on the HP Forums! I’d be glad to be of your assistance with your printer issue.

 

 

Please reinstalled the driver with HP Utility from http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=4122733&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4191

 

Sometimes USB port are changes on physically and that time not detect on HP Utility for this printer or virus effected.

 

First time un-installed the both of driver and restart the printer. After getting the ready mode the PC, please installed the new download driver with HP Utility and try again. But most of time HP Utility will working fine on through TCP (RJ45/Ethernet Cable).

 

Please do that carefully and getting solutions.
