So the Beats Audio Control Panel does not open. I search it up on start menu and it says, "Windows is searching up for IDTNC64.cpl. To locate the file yourself, click Browse." How do I get it back?

I spent 3 days trying to restore sound after I refreshed my computer. This finally did the trick. I have a 4 year old Phoenix Envy and don't even think they have a sound card, and I was trying to work on the computer in any way possible. Even had remote help. This did the trick! Thank you so much. Much appreciate not having to buy a new computer. I'm sending the news to my assistant next. He will be surprised!
