I purchased a brand new dsektop from HP with the B&O soundcard in it. I have a 5.1 Creative Labs speaker system (that worked perfectly in my previous HP PC) that I connected (using the Green, Black and Orange jacks on the back of the system). The sound is HORRIBLE, low volume, just awful.
Can I change drivers or is my 5.1 soundsystem not compatible with this desktop/soundcard from B&O?. Or do I have to buy a new soundcard?????

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that you are facing sound quality issues with your HP ENVY Desktop - 750-200nd (ENERGY STAR) PC.
This issue could occur if the audio drivers are not updated.
Please update the audio drivers from the link: http://hp.care/2ktpase
Note: as per the printer specifications, an internal speaker is not included with integrated audio. External speakers or headphones are required to hear the sound. Integrated audio is not available if a sound card is installed.
You may also check the printer specification from the link: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-200nd (ENERGY STAR) PC Product Specifications
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.
