Product: HP Touchsmart 600-1120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I try to start my computer, I get the error message, CPU Fan Failed. Press F2 to continue to boot. Otherwise, the system will power down in five seconds. Have system serviced immediately.  

 

I checked my CPU cooling fan and it needs replaced.  I'm having trouble finding how and where to obtain a new fan for my HP TouchSmart 600-1120, serial #3CR01616DK - Product # BK139AA.

 

Could someone help me in obtaining a replacment CPU cooling fan please.  Thank you

The problem that the dissipator, is discontinued is this reason not to find it, you will have to search the national market of your geographical area, or on Amazon, ebay, etc ...

Thank you. I did find these sites before also but they tell me that the part is currently not available. It has been quite frustrating and time consuming trying to get this part. My computer will not work without it. I did not know if there was somewhere else I could go to find this part, or if this part will ever be available in the HP replacement parts store/site. Thanks
