Can't find the 20 pin or 24 pin power connector from psu on the motherboard

the 20 pin or 24 pin power connector from psu on the motherboard , i checked every thing and can't find it also i want to buy a new psu so what can i do about it?

This motherboard has a non-standard four pin power supply connection.

Here is part and service guide with motherboard diagram.

Maybe have to talk to HP on this.
