@John6ca, welcome to the forum.

 

You should definitely contact the seller for help with your problem.  Shipping can cause components to become dislodged.  If you bought it from HP Store you should contact HP Customer Support.  These type of problems can cause frustration and I want you to enjoy your new computer.
