HP 15-g019wm System Disabled

The owners brought there laptop to my shop with a bios  bootup message of:

  Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password

They are an eldery couple and they dont recall adding any bios password and have no idea what it is.

Of course after 3  attempts we get

  System Disabled

  [ 9337816]

S/N is (removed content)

Is there a bypass code to unlock it for them?
