I've been running the memtest now for 4 1/2 hours and it's on the second pass, no errors.  Looks like the RAM is good.  Unfortunately it's sounding like it's either the motherboard or the CPU.  Do you know of any testing software like memtest that could test those components more thoroughly than the UEFI diagnostics?

To me, the most-obvious "test" would be to take a spare SSD, and a copy of Windows, and to try to install Windows onto that "spare" SSD.  That will "work" the CPU.  Hint: do not have an Internet connection when installing -- keep it simple: no need for the Windows Installer to "call home" to download Windows Updates.

I have not done a Google-search for "stress-test software".  There might be something that is free to use.

Yeah, this is already a new SSD and I did already install Windows 11 on it and at that time had no issues for a bit until I used it for a couple hours and then the same issue cropped up.  Unfortunately I think I may be at the end of the road with this machine.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions.

Yes, I think that the motherboard has an intermittent issue, especially when it gets warm.

One option may be to list this All-In-One system on eBay, stating "sold as is". without any HDD/SSD.

The buyer may want the screen, or part of the case (to replace something the buyer broke on their similar computer).
