i try this option:

I would strongly recommended to take a backup of the registry and/or create a system restore point first. Having done that, follow these steps:

 

Step 1. Press Win + R and type in Regedit

Step 2. Navigate to registry key HKEY_USERS\Default\Control Panel\Keyboard

Step 3. Right click on the “InitialKeyboardIndicators”, select Modify and change Value data to 2.

Step 4. Save and exit Registry."

 

It's already '2', but still num lock isn't work.
