Envy 23
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an HP Envy 23- Touch Screen All in one for a few years.

---

It was working perfectly until now, no lag, no viruses...

Today, I had shut it down completely, and removed the cable.

The first time I turned it on in a new room, a message came up saying "Your PC has stopped working 😞 we will restart it", it restarted, and gave the same message, and sent me to Advanced Troubleshooting, one of the options was to shut down, we did so.

Now when I try to turn it back on, I hear the fans lightly, the power button is lighted, and the power brick continuesly has a green light on.

I have researched this issue, I've tried 5 or so troublehsooting steps numerous time, no change.

**HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED**

As I understand the computer is powering on, however, doesn't have a display on the screen anymore,

Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

Please attempt the below steps:

Attempt a Bios Recovery

If the above steps work and the display turns on: Perform a hardware test to be on a safer side.

If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:
