please i have HP 520 Tourchsmart that cannot boot, the Keyboard and the mouse is not working and is show HP Logo with blue screen, help me on how to go about it. thanks

When I see this symptom it must be diagnosed.

 

Possible problems are:

 

power supply

motherboard

RAM

 

you have to check components.

 

Maybe take to repair person for help.

 

Some steps you can take are disconnect all unneeded devices such as printer, or any other devices plugged in to USB ports.

 

Just run basic system.

Very sorry for oversight, also could be hdd.

 

Reboot PC and run UEFI diagnostics on PC. Run all but try HDD tests first.

 

This test may give clue on problem.
