Hard disk failure id

I ran a diagnostic check on my hard drive and received failure Id 60EG3Q-0008HJ-QFFX0K-60V103 what does this code mean

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and need to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.

That's what I was afraid of thank you for the information

I cannot get the system to boot at all not even with the recovery disk. Is there anyway to get a backup from the hard drive before I replace it.

Hi,

Hope no critical damages to the HDD. You can pull HDD out and use OTHER machine to read (using a USB external  enclusure) to recover data/files. One of the following ones (or other brands) will help:
