@Ally123, welcome to the forum.
When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them. Before you respond, please use this guide to help you test the hard drive.

Thank you for the additional information, @Ally123.
Here is a guide that will help you decide if the hard drive has actually failed. If it has failed, your only option is to replace it with a drive that is the same size or larger.
