Product: Hp envy m6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptops battery has been busted for a couple months now and also it has been running pretty slow. I ran a test and got the following error. Hopefully there is a way to help me. Thanks

Okay. Try running system without the battery.

 

Order a new battery from HP.
