When I turn on my system the alphabet keys are not working at all, .But the functional and number keys are working properly.Please give me the solutions as possible as soon

Please provide the model number of the PC because we don't know if this is a Desktop or a Laptop.

 

Also, how old is the PC and how long has this been an issue?
