I don't know if this is the right place for this but
My computer makes this loud metal clicking noise that I can't find online and the computer freezes up and I have to shut it down and wait for like 30 minutes before it goes away again. It says I don't have an operating system or something o stalled but I did install it. It doesn't get hot it the noice comes from the bottom right corner. I can't find anyone else with this problem but pleaseeeee help

That symptom indicates either a hard drive has failed badly or a cooling fan is hitting something to the point that cooling is impaired.

Take the side panel off to verify where the noise is coming from.

What's the side panel

Since this is posted in the desktop area, I assume it is a desktop computer.  The side panel is part of the case.  While not all  desktop PC's have a side panel, most do.  Basically I am saying open the case to see and hear where this noise is coming from by listening to various areas of the the insides to determine where the clicking noise is originating.  If a cooling fan, it will need replaced.  If the hard drive it will need replaced and the information transferred to a new one, assuming it has not failed completely by that time.

What do you have?

Manufacturer?

Model-number?

Operating System?

Well,  much more information is needed if you want any further help.  Saying "I don't have that " is really not helpful.
