Product: HP 21-2000 All-in-One Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
Hi guys, I need some help. I computer won't turn on. It turns on for 5 seconds then nothing. The fans turn on then off. The product number is J4W33AA#ABA.
My computer is a HP 21-2000 All-in-One Desktop PC series. I cleaned the fan already and the inside of the computer and I don't know what's wrong. If I could get help as soon as possible that would be great. Thank you

Hello
Will try to give some guidance on your issue.
This symptom can be caused by the following components:
1. Power Supply
2. Motherboard/Processor
3.RAM
Start with RAM. Pull the RAM modules (if more than one RAM module), then reboot your PC and try one module at a time in each slot.
Replace the external power supply.
No fix to problem probably means the motherboard is in trouble.
It would not hurt to replace the motherboard (usually a CR2032) battery in the troubleshooting process.
Grzy
