Sorry, but we are not HP Tech Support; instead, this is just a community self-help forum staffed by vounteers. We have no way of diagnosing or repairing your PC from here.
All we can do is provide links to troubleshooting steps that HP has written, and links to HP drivers.
Here is a link to an HP guide on beeps and LED display problems while booting: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001
If you look at the hardware 3.4 entry, you see that the PSU (power supply) is likely the problems, and the steps you can take to address that.
If those links don't diagnose or fix the problem, or those drivers don't work, your only recourse is to take the PC into an HP Service Center and have them look at it.

Good Luck

It is mostly RAM Issue please follow the below steps it will resolve the issue
- Turn off the computer and unplug all cables, except for power, and write down each cable location.
- Unplug the power cable and press the Power button.
- If possible, move the computer to a clear, flat, stable work surface over an uncarpeted floor.
- Remove the panel retaining screws.
- Slide off the panel to expose the inside of the computer.
- Look inside the computer and locate the memory modules on the motherboard. Memory modules are long thin boards, short in height, that stick up from the motherboard at a 90-degree angle.
- Pull out, and then press down on the holding clips that retain the memory modules. The memory modules should rise up slightly out of the socket.
- Pull out the memory and clean the golden strip with eraser and re insert and turn on the computer
If removing and reseating the memory module(s) doesn't work, if you have more than one memory module installed, remove all but one, and start the PC.
Test each memory module one at a time, until you find the one that is bad.
