Hi,

If I understanf correctly, you are having difficulty entering BIOS with F Keys. It could be that fast boot is enabled in BIOS. From windows click on start and restart computer while holding down shift key which will give you an option which will take you to troubleshooting screen. Here click on troubleshoot > advanced options > Uefi  firmwaresettings.

Now restart the computer.

Also try poering on the computer while holding down the F2 key or the ESC key.

Let me know,

David
