Product: hp compaq cd7700 firm factor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

My system beeps twice with red lights sometimes when I attempt putting it on; other times it would come on (but rearly).   The power supply fan also not working.   Could the problem getting the system on sometimes be power be power supply related?

 

Maybe it is time to replace these systems (more than one giving this problem).   Please advise.
