HP PremierExpress
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Problems started after an window 10 update after shutting down desktop. Window cannot start it will keep on loading windows and eventually will end up showing HP Recovery manager. It got held up here as windows was not properly laoaded the cursor or the mouse cannot even move. Tried start up using F function keys like F8 safe mode it does not work. Check BIOS booting sequence but  appear no problem as it was set at hardisk sat0. Also tried set tp default configuration but also never helps.

I did not carried out a CD recovery backup as my CD drive is not functioning efficiently. What alternatives can I have, please provide me some advice or suggestions.
